Over the past six weeks, Wayne County CEO students have had the opportunity to visit various areas of Fairfield Memorial Hospital. Students enjoyed meeting Department Heads in Human Resources, Business Operations, Billing, Purchasing, Dietary, Skilled Care, the Surgical Pavilion and Pain Management Center, PT/OT/Speech Therapy and Laboratory. Students had a chance to better understand the business side of each area of the health care industry as well as enjoyed the career exploration aspect. We cannot thank the Human Resources staff enough for organizing our visits. Students learned so much and looked forward to our "Wednesday" mornings at FMH!
