Wayne County CEO Students had their first guest speaker of the new year. Rich Montgomery with FNB Community Bank in Fairfield spoke with students about the qualities of a servant leader. Students spent time sharing their positive experiences with leaders in their lives and the traits that they possess as well as discussed the qualities of leaders that would be difficult to follow.

Rich's experience as both an employee and an owner/operator of a small business gave students insight as to how the qualities of a leader apply both as small business owner and as an employee. Rich also encouraged them on their CEO journey this school year.
