Wayne County CEO Students had the pleasure of hearing from two guest speakers yesterday, August 27th. Bobby Mooney, Licensed Clinical Therapist and Jenna Talbert, Wayne City High School Counselor, spoke to students about the importance of recognizing and managing stress and conflict resolution.

Students were exposed to several different methods of managing stress and why it's important to manage the stress in order to avoid conflict and/or resolve it. These conversations are an important aspect of establishing team dynamics and culture in any small business, organization, team atmosphere and personal relationships. Thank you to Bobby and Jenna for sharing your expertise and more importantly encouraging these young people!
