Wayne County CEO Students Elect Class of 2026 Officers

Last week, Wayne County CEO students discussed the importance of leadership roles within an organization and determined which positions were needed for the Class of 2026. The group identified four key officer roles: Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer, and Secretary.

Students interested in serving as officers shared their personal interest in the positions and delivered short pitches explaining why they were the best fit for the job. Following the presentations, candidates participated in a Q&A session before the class cast their votes.

The newly elected officers are:

Chairman: Caleb Young (Wayne City)

Vice Chairman: Jacey Smith (Wayne City)

Treasurer: Ashton King (FCHS)

Secretary: Candance Zemeskas
