Students from the Wayne County CEO Program spent time at Farm Credit Illinois in Mt. Vernon, Illinois, alongside the Jefferson County CEO group. Hosts Mark Kabat, Brad Legg, and Heather Greenwalt spoke with students about the services Farm Credit provides, their civic engagement initiatives, and the variety of career opportunities within the organization. They also shared their personal backgrounds, professional roles, and how their individual personalities align with their careers.

Students also had the opportunity to mingle with their Jefferson County colleagues during a brief meet and greet to get to know one another.
