Wayne County CEO students have spent several days this week developing business plans for their individual business ventures. Learning how to write a business plan is a critical skill, helping students think strategically, set clear goals, and understand the financial and operational aspects of running a business. Later this month, students will present their completed plans to local bankers in the Fairfield and Wayne City communities, gaining valuable real-world feedback and experience.
