On Wednesday, February 18, 2026, Hank Simmers of CSI Insurance Brokers met with the Wayne County CEO students to discuss the insurance needs of business owners. Hank defined and explained the various types of insurance that help small business owners protect themselves, their assets, and their employees.

Hank was also an important part of the Wayne County CEO Class of 2026, assisting students in securing a policy for their class business.

He shared what sets his agency apart in a competitive marketplace and emphasized the importance of marketing both himself and his business. Hank explained that marketing takes many forms, including digital advertising, print and radio promotions, community engagement, and active involvement in local organizations—all of which create valuable networking opportunities.
