On Wednesday, April 22nd, Wayne County CEO students had the opportunity to work with Ryan Littlejohn, 4-H and Education Coordinator at the University of Illinois Extension Center in Fairfield. Ryan led an engaging presentation on transferable employment and interviewing skills, incorporating thought-provoking, hands-on activities that reinforced key concepts. His energy and enthusiasm sparked lively discussion and plenty of smiles among the students.

Students also heard from Tara Buerster, County Extension Director for the University of Illinois Extension, who delivered a presentation on “Hiring for Your Small Business.” Students were able to apply their own entrepreneurial experiences as they participated in meaningful workshop discussions.

We extend our sincere thanks to both Ryan and Tara for sharing their time, knowledge, and expertise with Wayne County CEO students.
