The Wayne County CEO Program kicked off its new program year last week with our first guest speaker, Catherine Singleton, adjunct instructor at Frontier Community College.

Catherine spoke with students about the importance and value of sending a well-written and professional thank-you note. She emphasized that in today’s fast-paced digital age, handwritten notes are increasingly rare. As a result, receiving a handwritten note in the mail can really make an impression.

Catherine also explained that a poorly written note, with misspellings or mistakes, can stand out in a negative way.

We thank Catherine for sharing her time and expertise and for helping our students start the new program year on the right foot!
