Tuesday the Wayne County CEO class had the pleasure of hearing from Kera Vinson, Head Volleyball coach and Student Life Coordinator at Frontier Community College.
Kera taught the class about teamwork, communication, connection, and active listening, while challenging them to think about, “How do I show up for my team?”
Teammates had to put these skills into practice with activities like speed networking, where they had to think quickly and prove themselves to one another. It was a fun way to step outside of their comfort zones and connect with each other.
