The Wayne County CEO class had the pleasure of hearing from Mark Black on Tuesday, September 1st. Mark shared his journey in entrepreneurship and the experiences that helped shape his career.
Mark talked about starting his entrepreneurial journey at just 14 years old by mowing lawns. He shared how he went on to start several businesses before Men & White Painting, teaching the class that success doesn’t always happen overnight and that every experience can help lead you to where you are meant to be.
One of the biggest lessons Mark shared with the class was the importance of doing something you truly love, rather than simply doing something for the money. His story encouraged students to think about their own passions and how they can build a future around something they genuinely enjoy.
Thank you, Mark, for sharing your time, experiences, and wisdom with us!
