About Me

My name is Sophia Dohman, and I am a junior at Wayne City High School, and a member of the Wayne County CEO program. I am someone who values relationships, creativity, and being involved with the community around me. My family has really shaped me into who I am today. My mom, Tammy Rednour, and my dad, Duston Dohman, have each influenced me in different ways and have taught me the importance of working hard, staying true to myself, and being there for people I care about. I enjoy meeting new people, learning from the experiences of others, and taking opportunities that challenge me to grow, I especially enjoy being involved with athletics and the connections and experiences that come from being a part of a team. 

My interest in psychology comes from my genuine interest in people and the different experiences who shape who we are. After high school, I hope to pursue psychology and eventually work with athletes to support both their mental and physical well-being. I joined CEO because I wanted to develop skills that go beyond what I can learn in a classroom while gaining a better understanding of leadership, entrepreneurship, and the professional world. I am looking forward to building meaningful relationships, learning from the people and businesses in my community, and discovering how the experiences I have through CEO can help shape my future.
