Wayne County CEO students welcomed Ryan Burkett, Senior Manager – Systems Engineering Technical Advisor with Noblis, on Tuesday, October 27th. Ryan spent time with students discussing the importance of goal setting as they prepare to launch their personal businesses in the coming months.

Students were introduced to the SMART goal framework (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound) and how this tool can help them establish clear, actionable goals for their businesses and personal endeavors. By setting SMART goals, students can create a roadmap for success, stay focused, and measure their progress along the way.
